This project marked a thoughtful new chapter for a couple whose home, and lifestyle was ready to evolve. With their kids grown and out of the house, they wanted spaces that felt refreshed, functional, and intentionally designed for everyday living and gathering.

The kitchen was fully reimagined from the ground up. We gutted the space, reconfigured the appliance layout, and reclaimed a few feet from an adjacent hallway closet to improve flow and functionality. Custom cabinetry, new flooring, countertops, backsplash tile, appliances, and lighting created a clean, cohesive foundation, while removing select upper cabinets in favor of floating shelves gave the room a lighter, more open feel.

Just off the kitchen, the breakfast nook became a true destination. A custom built-in with a wraparound bench anchors the space, paired with new windows, furnishings, statement wallpaper, and a sculptural light fixture. Thoughtful details - like discreet end drawers designed to store dog food - ensure the space works beautifully for real life.

In the powder bathroom, we honored what already worked by keeping the existing penny tile, while updating everything else. New flooring, wallpaper, plumbing fixtures, mirror, café curtain window treatment, and accessories transformed the room into a layered, personality-filled moment that feels both fresh and timeless.

The result is a collection of spaces that feel elevated yet effortless - designed to support how our clients live now, with room to enjoy what comes next.
